Registration: Registrations are now being taken.
Fees: Fees are levied on a per-person basis. There are no concessions except for children under 12 years of age, who are charged half-price.
Cost: The cost to register is $920 per adult and per youth (12 years and over). The cost per child (under 12 years of age) is $460. You may choose to pay in full when registering or pay in two equal installments - the first at the time of registering for the event and the second before 30 April 2025. Your place on the event will not be secured until we have received either your 50% deposit or your full payment.

Meals: The registration fee covers all evening meals from Sunday 25th May 2025 to Friday 6th June 2025. Participants are responsible for their own breakfasts, lunches, and snacks.
Accommodation: The registration fee includes a basic camping fee from Sunday 25th May 2025 to Friday 6th June 2025 inclusive. The basic camping fee covers the cost of an unpowered site with access to toilets and showers. Should you choose to upgrade your accommodation at venues with powered sites or cabins you will be liable for any cost above the basic camping fee to do so. If you go to another facility in the area e.g. a motel – then the basic camping fee included in your registration fee will be considered a donation to the event.
Fuel: Fuel (both unleaded and diesel) is available during all travel days.
Support: Limited breakdown assistance will be available if required.
Trailer and tow-vehicle stowage: Please contact us if you need to stow your vehicle and trailer for the duration of the Drive.
