A. The only criterion for joining this event is that you're a Land Rover tragic, whatever vehicle you drive! However, if you happen to drive a "series" Land Rover, you'll find you're among friends.
Q: How much does it cost to register?
A. The cost to participate in the Outback Land Rover Heritage Drive 2020 is $730 per adult and per youth (12 years and over). Children (under 12 years) are half price.

A. Registrations are open now.
Q: Are numbers limited?
A. At this stage numbers are not capped.
Q: How are places to be allocated?
A. Subject to the following condition, applications will be accepted in the order in which they are received. The condition is that Land Rover heritage and support vehicles (one per heritage vehicle) have priority over other applicants.
Q: What does my registration include?
A. Basic camping fees, evening meals (except on day 11/8th June when only lunch is provided) and commemorative vehicle stickers.
Q: What meals are provided?
A. All evening meals from Sunday 29th May 2022 to Friday 10th June 2022 inclusive except on the night of day11/8th June when participants are responsible for their own evening meal. Participants are responsible for their own breakfasts, lunches (except for day 11/8th June) and snacks.
Q: What's the total distance?
A. About 1,952 km.
Q: Where can I buy fuel and supplies?
A. Fuel (diesel and unleaded) and limited supplies are available on most travel days.
Q: What preparations should I make before joining the Drive?
A. Basically, you will need a reliable, well-built vehicle that will survive the Drive, which features sealed and unsealed roads including dusty, sandy, muddy and/or corrugated surfaces. You will also need appropriate recovery equipment, tools, spares, first aid supplies, food and drinking water on board your heritage and/or support vehicles. Q: What if my vehicle breaks down during the Drive?
A. Limited assistance will be available to get you to the next or previous overnight venue, whichever is the closer.
Q: Is there somewhere to stow my tow vehicle and trailer during the Drive?
A. Please contact us if you need to stow your vehicle and trailer for the duration of the Drive.
