Refund Policy
If after registering you find you are unable to join us on the Drive after all, please notify the OLRHD Registrar immediately in writing. For notifications received by 30 April 2025 all fees paid to-date will be refunded in full. For notifications received after 30 April 2025 refunds, in full or in part, will be granted only at the discretion of Outback Land Rover Heritage Drive Committee.

Payment Instructions
- Option 1: Pay by electronic transfer to OLRHD Cheque Account, Westpac, BSB 032 747, account 186428. Include your name on the transfer details. Email your completed and scanned registration forms to [email protected] or post your completed registration form(s) to the address below. Please include proof of payment.
- Option 2: Pay by cheque or money order in favour of the Land Rover Club of the ACT, Inc. Post your payment and completed registration form(s) to the Registrar at the address given below.
- You may pay in two equal instalments by either Option 1 or Option 2 above - the first at the time of registering for the event and the second before 30 April 2025. If you choose to pay by instalments your place on the event will not be secured until your first payment is received.
